Real Estate Funding
Absolute Investments, Inc. provides funding for real estate projects either through AI or via our network of private equity firms, hedge funds, and private investors.  We will look at various size projects, however, the ideal projects that we fund have the following characteristics:

• Size of portfolio greater or equal to 50 Million USD
• Project owner has equity value in project of greater or equal to 20 percent of the funds they are requesting
• Proof of equity position via cash, securities, land or other assets
• Viable Exit Strategy
• Existing Portfolio of projects with financials
• Strong Executive Summary
